We were greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist who allowed us to check in early. She even provided us with a temporary room to freshen up while our room was being prepared. The room itself was spacious and had a nice balcony with a beautiful view. The breakfast, though basic, was brought to our room and was a pleasant start to the day. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with close proximity to the sea and helpful staff who provided us with restaurant recommendations and even arranged for in-room massage services. I had a wonderful stay at Grand Royal Apart-Hotel and would highly recommend it.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience. Despite our early arrival, they allowed us to use the facilities and even checked us in ahead of schedule. They also provided a space for us to relax and wait for our flight when it was raining. The helpfulness and excellent English of the staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking; it felt like you could see the entire city from up there. the room was quite spacious and provided us with all that we needed. The breakfast served in the room was also a plus, it allowed us to eat comfortably in our PJ's.

The Wi-Fi signal was weak, and it only seemed to work properly in certain areas of the room. there were hardly any food places nearby, so if you didn't plan ahead meals could be a bit of a hassle.

I had an enjoyable stay in this hotel with its ideal location on the Black Sea, close to downtown, and on the seafront. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the facilities were excellent, including transportation and parking. Their staff was very accommodating, hospitable, and polite. I had a satisfying breakfast and enjoyed the lovely view of the seafront.

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room with a stunning view of the city. The helpful and friendly staff also made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect as we were able to easily reach many tourist destinations and restaurants.

The shower cubicle was also leaking, which was a bit uncomfortable. for the price we paid, the hotel was decent, but it needs to improve on its cleanliness and breakfast options in the future.
